A Healthier Appetizer That Everyone Will Love!

You love yourself a good warm, gooey appetizer, but hate how unhealthy they can be?

This recipe for buffalo chicken dip checks all of the boxes, and is SO dang good that everyone will be asking you for the recipe! It is quick to assemble, full of flavor, and makes deciding what to make/bring to a get together easy!

Buffalo Chicken Dip

2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken (can also use 2 cans of chicken breast in a pinch)

2 blocks dairy free cream cheese (can also sub regular cream cheese if you are not dairy free)

1 packet ranch seasoning

3/4 bottle of Franks hot sauce

2 cups dairy free cheddar cheese (can sub regular cheddar cheese if you are not dairy free)

Place all ingredients into a crockpot until cheese melts and is smooth. After the dip is smooth, Stir in cheddar cheese.

This recipe doubles beautifully, and can also be made ahead of time and then rewarmed in the oven prior to eating.

To make ahead of time, simply follow the above directions (except for the shredded cheddar cheese), and after the dip has fully melted/warmed, simply scoop into an oven safe dish, cover with plastic wrap, and store in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve.

When you are ready to serve, simply top with shredded cheddar cheese, and warm in the oven until dip is warmed all of the way through, and the cheddar cheese melts.

Serve with gluten free crackers, or gluten free baguette slices.

Be sure to save this recipe - it is soon to become a crowd pleaser!

I can’t wait to hear what you think!

Be safe, & be well!

Stephanie
